Do you have health-related behaviors that you’ve wanted to change for years? My workshops will provide you with the tools and strategies to make that happen.

What makes my workshops different? I use my extensive behavioral background and combine it with the latest innovative thinking to create concrete strategies for change.

Programs are presented in an attractive, warm environment with your needs in mind:

  • small group, 3-hour interactive workshop
  • healthy refreshments
  • literature on the latest thinking
  • one follow-up coaching session (60 min) to check on your progress

I am passionate about helping people meet their change goals. We have lots of fun and breakout laughter is common. You’ll enjoy the comradery you feel with your fellow participants as you work to accomplish similar goals.

Grow Your Willpower is a three-hour experiential workshop based on the latest science that recognizes willpower is not a virtue but a trainable discipline to help break old habits and create healthy habits to increase productivity, gain confidence, and improve decision-making skills. You no longer have to cringe when you hear the words self-discipline or self-control. You will gain personal insight into what has been holding you back and new strategies to move you along the change continuum to finally meet your goals.
